UPM summer jobs offer you a fascinating and challenging field of work and an opportunity to utilise the skills you have acquired during your studies. We will hire several hundreds of summer trainees across Finland in 2025. Most are located at our production facilities, where fluent Finnish is required. However, we also have positions in our Global Functions that suit English speakers. You can find these by searching jobs with “no-finnish-required”. It will always be disclosed in the job description if Finnish language is needed in that specific position.
Our last year’s summer trainees recommend UPM as an employer. In fact, many of our summer trainees return to our professional community the following year.
