UPM does its utmost to deliver all products to our customers on time and in sound condition. We also aim to provide a safe, healthy workplace for our employees and suppliers. UPM has published a Cargo Handling Manual to support these goals.
The manual contains the minimum compulsory requirements for handling, transporting and warehousing UPM products. These requirements are valid globally for all parties (internal and external) in the UPM logistics chain. UPM requires that all its partners and suppliers comply with all applicable international and national laws and regulations.
